In his spare time, he organises a summer camp for children as its head leader.
Fabio Andreotti
Fabio Andreotti studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw). He currently works in the field of commercial law, where he is also doing his doctorate. He is also a founding member and board member of the Hayek Club Zürich and of the association Studierende für die Freiheit. As a lawyer, he is keen to regain “dry ground” underfoot amid the flood of legal provisions.
Livio Patera
As a father, it is important to him that his two children can grow up with the greatest possible freedom, free of state or religious constraints. As managing director of the Swiss branch of an international company, he cares deeply about the economic environment. Less bureaucracy, lower taxes and less state – and in return more personal responsibility and individual freedom.
Martin Hartmann
Martin Hartmann studied Banking and Finance and works as a risk manager in the crypto industry. To win back freedom, he advocates a radical dismantling of the state through federalism and subsidiarity. May the best system win.
Andrea Seaman
Andrea Seaman studies philosophy and history in Fribourg, Switzerland. A champion of free speech and a lover of liberty, he interned at the Academy of Ideas and writes occasionally for Spiked Online. He works more regularly as an editor for NovoArgumente, Spiked's German partner magazine, focusing on democracy and human rights. He is also a member of the Zurich Salon. His hobbies include playing the timpani and kung fu. He speaks German, English, French and a little Italian.
Christoph Stampfli
Stampfli's path to liberalism led via the USA, where Ron Paul's authentic campaign made a lasting impression on him and motivated him to become politically active in the Libertarian Party. He is also a board member of the Hayek Club Zürich. Professionally, he is...
Tim Lauterbach
Tim Lauterbach earned his bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Zurich and his master's in Investment and Wealth Management at Imperial College London. Tim lives in Zug and works for an international management consultancy. He is also a member of the Hayek Club Zürich. In his spare time he enjoys gliding or tinkering with his car.
Urs Bolt
Banking specialist with a federal diploma, financial analyst with postgraduate studies in services marketing and management. Has been advising start-ups and non-profit organisations since 2017. For years one of the top influencers in FinTech and RegTech. He also campaigns for a market-based energy policy free of state intervention and bureaucratic regulation.
Samuel Hofmann
Samuel Hofmann studied business administration and works in the media industry. Coming from a social-democratic family, he first had to find the path to freedom for himself in his youth and, through the competition of arguments, gradually became a convinced advocate of liberalism, which puts individual freedom at the centre. He considers libertarian answers to political questions to be superior to any kind of coercion, both economically and morally.
Ramon Eberdorfer
Alongside his studies at the University of St. Gallen, Ramon Eberdorfer works at an international law firm in Zurich. Politically active since the age of eighteen, he is particularly interested in geopolitical and economic policy issues. In his spare time he likes to travel to East and Southeast Asian countries or to broaden his knowledge of history, art and architecture.

Chris attends the Kantonsschule (upper secondary school) in Schwyz. He is president of the Young Liberals of the canton of Schwyz, where he campaigns for classical liberal policies. He also represents the concerns of young people on the executive board of the FDP of the canton of Schwyz. He cares about a free society, so that everyone can fulfil themselves to the greatest possible extent.
Ramiz Ibrahimovic
Through his political involvement, Ramiz has come to the conclusion that the social-democratic mainstream and its instruments do particular harm to the very people they are intended to help. That is why, alongside his work at a software company, he champions libertarian ideas.
Oscar Neira
Oscar has held sales positions all his life. He is currently responsible for sales and marketing at a banking software company. He is also active as an influencer on social media in the fields of FinTech, payments, banking and Bitcoin. Convincing people in the financial industry of the benefits of digitalisation is his daily bread. He lives on the right shore of Lake Zurich, in the same place where he grew up happily in an immigrant family. His Appenzeller Sennenhund keeps him on his toes. He has also recently started learning Spanish and classical guitar again in what little spare time he has.
Thomas Panis
After his medical training, Thomas moved to France and then to Switzerland. His favourite book is Orwell's 1984, and he does not want society to become like that. His hobby is Austrian economics, and he believes in the compatibility of libertarianism, conservatism and Christianity. He has written a children's book on economics based on Ludwig von Mises' “Human Action” (“Fet Makes a Promise”) and helped translate Per Bylund's “How to Think about the Economy” into Dutch.
Stefan Kaiser
Stefan has been fighting for libertarian values for half his life. As a project manager and salesman, he knows what personal responsibility and independence mean. Live and let live, respecting each individual with their own values and preferences – that is his credo. He lives in the Basel region, and wherever in the world he happens to be drawn.
Christopher Burgert
Christopher is a civil engineer and has been concerned with questions of freedom and independence since his youth. State paternalism, compulsory levies and increasing censorship have always been a thorn in his side. For him, these are not theoretical debates but very concrete intrusions into people's lives. This conviction ultimately led him to leave the EU and to stand up for libertarian values in Switzerland. Christopher is particularly committed to decentralised structures that make people more independent of the state. One concrete goal for him is to win farmers over to Bitcoin – as a tool for greater self-determination, protection of property and economic freedom. Christopher believes that true freedom arises where responsibility lies with the individual again, and not with central authorities.
Anatol Lüthi
Anatol studied economics at the University of Basel and is a Swiss Certified Accountant. His interest in economic and social relationships led him to study the Austrian School and libertarian ideas on his own. Today he is a committed anarcho-capitalist in principle and a minarchist in practice, who wants to cut the state back in favour of freedom, creativity, humanity and justice.
Thomas Jacob
Thomas Jacob came to libertarianism through Ayn Rand – in 1981, via the novel The Fountainhead. Since attending Mises University in 1990, he has professed anarcho-capitalism, with every understanding for liberals and libertarians who are still looking for their place on the political spectrum. Back then he could not have imagined that one day there would be a libertarian party in Switzerland. As a guide for this intellectual journey, he recommends the little book of quotations “Hoppe Unplugged” (hoppeunplugged.com) that he compiled, as well as the libertarian parallel world at www.oboxplanet.com. As part of this project, he offers seminars for young people and the young at heart – from one hour to half a day. Thomas Jacob lives with his wife and the younger of his four children in Zurich – and all over the world.

Dominik is a lawyer (lic. iur. HSG) and a certified tax expert. As an independent tax adviser, he looks after Swiss SMEs as well as international companies, and knows both the value of Switzerland as a business location and where regulation pinches.

Silvan Amberg
As a qualified economist, financial analyst and tax expert, Silvan knows exactly where the state fleeces us every day. Alongside his political work, he is an independent tax expert and a captain in the Swiss Armed Forces. His hobbies are fitness, travel and languages.
Lukas Grossenbacher
Lukas Grossenbacher is active in the Libertarian Party because he is concerned about the steady growth of the state and its unchecked reach into every area of life. He wants a society that shows more tolerance towards different ways of life, instead of tackling behaviour it dislikes with ever more regulation.
Serge Brunner
Serge wants to stand up for the weakest member of society: the individual. With the Libertarian Party, the aim is to ensure that liberal ideas are heard again and become more popular within the social-democratic mainstream, and especially among young people. He studies economics at the University of Zurich, but is just as committed to social freedom as to economic freedom.
Fabio Hasler
Above all, Fabio Hasler cares about a society in which everyone can live freely according to their own interests and abilities. Besides his involvement in the Libertarian Party, he works as a biologist. Outside politics, he is interested in history and literature, and does sport.
Roger Martin
Roger Martin is responsible for the party's legal and administrative matters. As a lawyer, he keeps an eye on formal requirements and supports the party with his knowledge of the legal system when it makes political decisions. Alongside his political work, he is a fiduciary and runs his own company.
Andreas Puccio
Andreas studied mathematics and works in the financial sector. He believes that libertarian principles should be applied across the entire political spectrum – and not only where it happens to seem convenient.
Paul Steinmann
Freedom has always been close to Paul's heart. That is why he actively campaigns for a radical dismantling of the state and fewer restrictions. As a trained mathematician, logic and deduction are his top priority, which is why he rejects any form of social coexistence that cannot be derived from ‘natural rights’.
Christian Eibel
Christian Eibel is a business economist and an experienced entrepreneur and manager. He is married and has two grown-up sons. He abhors statism, collectivism and socialism, as they have brought nothing but suffering and death to the world. State control is inefficient, antisocial and kills innovation. Unfortunately, we are moving more and more in this direction. He fights against it with energy and passion, for a freer, better world.
Helena Schulthess
Helena Schulthess is a musician (flute). She performs as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles. She also teaches, composes and arranges. She runs her own YouTube channel and a small sheet music publishing house focusing on the flute (www.helene-schulthess.ch). The state is increasingly neglecting its primary tasks while intruding into more and more areas of citizens' lives. What is more, the state is increasingly degenerating into a self-service shop for interest groups, including the bureaucracy itself. The Libertarian Party is the only party that credibly fights against this.
